Founded by husband-and-wife duo Thomas and Jeniece Dortch, Prime Theory Wellness was born from our personal journey of wellness, grief, recovery, and reconnection. As a Black family navigating life, healing, and entrepreneurship, we realized we weren’t alone in craving something more: more depth, more joy, more alignment.
